Giudizio finale, senza bisogno di declarare da parte dell'attività farine particolari o metodi antichi i Loro prodotti sono all'altezza di una sana e gustosa tradizione. Ho acquistato un pidone al forno con prosciutto e formaggio , rustico non certo facile, ma questo era eccellente! Impasto ben lievitato e croccante, mai eccessivo, neanche nel bordo, ripieno perfettamente equilibrato!! Una scoperta! Torneremo.

Un buon panificio nella riviera nord che propone prodotti ben fatti e con grande varietà di proposte. Il personale è davvero disponibile e cortese, l'ambiente pulito e anche se un po piccolo, ma ben organizzato.
